School lunches by Food 4 Thought
We have a school kitchen where fresh meals are prepared daily by the Catering Team and are of a very high quality. We offer a hot option as well as a packed lunch option. The meals are very popular and are enjoyed by the children and staff each day. The menu is varied, reflecting the cultural diversity of the school as well as offering a range of vegetarian choices.
All school lunch orders are placed online via MyChildAtSchool parent portal.
Fruit, freshly baked bread, chilled milk or water are available daily.
Sandwiches and sausage rolls come with crisps and dessert of the day or yoghurt.
Hot school lunches can be ordered with 2 days’ notice via MyChildAtSchool parent portal or app. The same notice period and method also applies to lunch cancelling.
School packed lunches can be ordered prior to 10.30m on the day by contacting the School office via phone or email.
The cost of individual lunch is £2.75, payable via the parent portal.
Christmas lunch online ordering
Tuesday 10th December 2024 for Year 3 & 4 ONLY
(Year 5 & 6 to bring own packed lunch in, unless a FSM eligible pupil)
Wednesday 11th December 2024 for Year 5 & 6 ONLY
(Year 3 & 4 to bring own packed lunch in, unless a FSM eligible pupil)
The cost of the Christmas lunch is £2.75. Please remember to top up your child’s School Lunch Money via MCAS Parent Portal to ensure there is sufficient balance in their money account.
The Christmas lunch MUST be pre-ordered via the online form. Please note there is an individual online form for the Year 3 & 4 ordering, and another online form for the Year 5 & 6 ordering, and you have received the one for your child’s year group.
If you have already placed a normal school lunch order for your child on either of these dates, they will be cancelled. Only the Christmas lunches pre-ordered via the link below will be served on those days.
Pupils eligible for Free School Meals will receive a packed lunch on the day their year group is not having Christmas dinner, but please ensure that you still place a Christmas dinner order for the day their year group are having it.

The online ordering form needs to be completed by Tuesday 3rd December 2024. Any request made after this date will not be accepted as the food order will have been made.
